The Interim Urgency <br /> Ordinance is hereby extended through and including , 2001. <br /> Section 3. Prohibited Acts. From and after the operative date hereof <br /> and so long as this ordinance shall remain in effect, no building permits, use <br /> permits, architectural permits, planned development permits, zoning variances, <br /> zoning permits, subdivisions, or any other land use entitlements shall be issued <br /> or approved, irrespective of the kind or nature of use proposed, on parcels of <br /> property (whether as individual parcels or by aggregation of parcels) unless such <br /> development occurs under the amended or added provisions of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance described herein. <br /> Section 4. Sections 2.7 and 2.79 of the Zoning Ordinance are fiereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> � "Section 2.7 Administrative Office and Service Facility. An office or <br /> other structure or service facility for rendering management level <br /> administrative services for firms and institutions including, but not limited <br /> to, regional and headquarter management senrices." <br /> "Section 2.79 Professional Office.
