The Interim Urgency Ordinance is hereby extended through and including , 2001. Section 3. Prohibited Acts. From and after the operative date hereof and so long as this ordinance shall remain in effect, no building permits, use permits, architectural permits, planned development permits, zoning variances, zoning permits, subdivisions, or any other land use entitlements shall be issued or approved, irrespective of the kind or nature of use proposed, on parcels of property (whether as individual parcels or by aggregation of parcels) unless such development occurs under the amended or added provisions of the Zoning Ordinance described herein. Section 4. Sections 2.7 and 2.79 of the Zoning Ordinance are fiereby amended to read as follows: � "Section 2.7 Administrative Office and Service Facility. An office or other structure or service facility for rendering management level administrative services for firms and institutions including, but not limited to, regional and headquarter management senrices." "Section 2.79 Professional Office. An office for providing professional or consulting services in the fields of law, architecture, engineering, accounting, architectural and engineering design, and similar professions (but excluding medical offices), including associated product testing and prototype development, but excluding product manufacture or assembly and excluding use of hazardous materials in excess of the exempt amounts contained in the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code, as said Codes are adopted and amended from time to time by the City."
