The maximum floor area ratio for commercial uses on lots with <br /> frontage on EI Camino Real (State Route 82) shall be 40 <br /> percent. Lots fronting on EI Camino Real shall be deemed to <br /> include lots immediately to the rear and adjacent to lots fronting <br /> on EI Camino Real. <br /> b. The maximum floor area ratio for commercial uses on lots <br /> fronting on Woodside Road between the intersections thereof <br /> with EI Camino Real and Alameda de Las Pulgas shall be 40 <br /> percent. Lots fronting on Woodside Road shall be deemed to <br /> include parcels immediately to the rear of and adjacent to lots <br /> fronting on said portion of Woodside Road. <br /> c.
