The following structures and uses are <br /> permitted in the IP District: <br /> a. Offices, the gross floor area of which is less than 10,000 square <br /> feet." <br /> Section 18. Section 18.4 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br /> adding Section 18.4n thereto to read as follows: <br /> "Section 18.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are <br /> permitted in the IP District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> n. Offices, the gross floor area of which is 10,000 square feet or <br /> more." <br /> Section 19. Section 18.17 is hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to <br /> read as follows: <br /> " Section 18.17 Floor Area Ratio The maximum floor area ratio is 40 <br /> percent." <br /> Section 20. Section 26.2 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br /> repealing Section 26.2x and adding Sections 26.2ss and 26.2tt thereto to read <br /> as follows: <br /> "Section 26.2 Permitted Uses. The following retail uses are permitted: <br /> x. [reserved] <br /> ss. Offices above the ground floor. <br /> tt. Bail bond businesses above the ground floor." <br /> Section 21.
