8 -- C 3 <br /> RESOLUTION N0. <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING REVISED <br /> HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> (1989 —1999 HOUSING ELEMENT) <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City has duly <br /> reviewed and approved a proposed revised Housing Element of the General Plan of the <br /> City of Redwood City (1989 — 1999 Housing Element); and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 17, 1993, the City Council of Redwood City adopted the <br /> revised Housing Element of the General Plan of the City of Redwood City, as evidenced <br /> by Resolution No. 11987 (draft dated January 14, 1993); and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and held, desires to <br /> approve and adopt the proposed revised Housing Element of the General Plan of the <br /> City of Redwood City (1989 — 1999 Housing Element); <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Article IX of Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City, this Council hereby approves and adopts that certain revised Element of <br /> the General Plan of the City of Redwood City (1989 —1999 Housing Element), draft <br /> dated May 15, 2000, and approved by the Planning Commission on July 18, 2000, a <br /> Reso-1oo2 � <br /> F:/Sh/sh/Redwood/Council <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 09/28/00 <br /> _ .. ., _._.._. _ _ _ <br /> _ _. _ _._ <br />
