(ELECTRONIC ARTS) <br /> <br />These meeting were required to coordinate the right-of-way adjustments and design issues that came up as we were <br />attempting to finalize the design, Because the site design for Electronic Arts was progressing as we did our plans <br />some impacts to the plans as well as extensive coordination efforts were required. These efforts were not anticipated <br />in our original scope of work and required additional time commitments from our staff. We are requesting $2,878.00 <br />for approximately 33 hours of Engineer III coordination time. We also request $2,762,75 to cover printing, delivery, <br />and Title Report costs associated with our extra services on the project. <br /> <br />We trust this information will allow you to process our request for extra work and final payment. We are requesting <br />the payment for $44,598.75 to cover the 9 design-related items and construction staking. We have attached a Final <br />Invoice for services on the project.
