The horizontal area within th~ exterior lines <br />of a lot, exclusive of any area in a public or private way open to public <br />uses." <br /> <br />"Section 2.58.5 Lot Size. The size of a lot as established by subdivision <br />map, metes and bounds, or any other means of description contained in <br />any conveyance of title thereof, or any other interest therein, on file and <br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Mateo." <br /> <br />"Section 2.8 Neighborhood. A sub-area of the City in which the <br />residents share a common identity focused around a school, park, <br />community business center, or similar feature." <br /> <br />"Section 2.107 Use, Change of. Section 13.4.d is hereby amended, and Sections 13.4.k is <br /> <br />hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section13.4 Conditional Uses. <br /> <br />d.
