<br />7,3-1/2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE DEMOLITION OF FIRE STATION #11 LOCATED AT 909 <br />SECOND AVENUE; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the demolition of Fire Station #11 <br /> <br />located at 909 Second Avenue, Redwood City, California, have been presented <br /> <br />to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the Demolition of Fire Station #11 - City of Redwood City, California", prepared <br /> <br />by the Department of Community Development Services/Engineering and <br /> <br />Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br /> <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
