<br />EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br />7. 3 - C 11- <br /> <br />John Cahalan <br />Landscape Architects <br /> <br />Landscape A,rcnìtec~(,;re <br />Ur::Jan Piannlng & )es,;:;n <br />Environmental Planning <br /> <br />STANDARD SCHEDULE OF COMPENSATION <br />September 2000 <br /> <br />HOURLY RATES <br /> <br />The following hourly rates shall be used to determine fees for projects that are performed on an <br />hourly rate basis, These rates shall be annually adjusted, upon issuance of an updated <br />Standard Schedule of Compensation: <br /> <br />Principal <br /> <br />$125/hour <br /> <br />Landscape Architect <br /> <br />$95/hour <br /> <br />Project Assistant 1 <br /> <br />$75/hour <br /> <br />Project Assistant 2 <br /> <br />$65/hour <br /> <br />AutoCAD Operator <br /> <br />$75/hour <br /> <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br />All costs for photography, printing and reproduction, postage and special delivery, local <br />business licenses, sales taxes, mileage and all other costs directly related to the project will be <br />billed as a reimbursable expense at our cost plus a 10% administration fee for handling and <br />coordination, <br /> <br />TERMS OF PAYMENTS <br /> <br />Payments are due within twenty days upon receipt of invoice. Amounts more than thirty days <br />past due are subject to a 1.5% per month interest charge, Retainer fees, if indicated, are due <br />upon receipt of the signed agreement, and will be credited toward project fees on the final <br />InVOice, <br /> <br />205 Pork.J<CCO.
