F:l. <br /> <br />We need to execute the Second Amendment to the funding agreement so the City can <br />get reimbursed for the costs associated with the work. <br /> <br />The City Attorney's office has reviewed and approved the agreement as to form. Once <br />Council approves the execution of the agreement, it will be returned to the SMCT A for <br />reimbursement for the costs of consultant engineering services. <br /> <br />A copy of the Funding Agreement is available for review in the City Clerk's office. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />The Transportation Authority's share of the Phase 2 costs ($622,800) will be funded <br />through Measure "A" Y2 cent sales tax revenue, and the City's share ($242,200) will be <br />funded through the City's impact fees already collected from commercial developments <br />in the area of Woodside Road.
