<br />REPORT <br /> <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br /> <br />December 4, 2000 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Second Public Meeting to Discuss Retail/Cinema Project <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />There is no action tonight. As on November 27, 2000, this is a joint meeting with the <br />Planning Commission and the Architectural Review Committee. <br /> <br />Agenda <br />1. <br />2. <br /> <br />The developer will present the latest designs for blocks 1 and 2. <br />Staff will present the computer model of the project. This will show the earlier <br />exterior elevations proposed by the developer but will, nevertheless, be useful <br />as another way to picture the general mass of the project. <br />3. Staff and consultants will respond to the questions raised by the Council, <br />Planning Commission and Architectural Review Committee at the meeting on <br />November 27, 2000. <br />4.
