<br />r¡,~ -62- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE 2000-2001 WATER <br />QUALITY MONITORING PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND <br />DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 14049, adopted October 16, <br /> <br />2000, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the 2000-2001 Water Quality <br /> <br />Monitoring Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, one bid was received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Scientific Environmental Lab., Inc. of Palo Alto, California is <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />award said bid to Scientific Environmental Lab., Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
