<br />9-A 3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING GUIDELINES FOR THE DISBURSEMENT OF <br />FUNDS FOR CARRINGTON HALL RENOVATION AND AUTHORIZING <br />DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council authorized the allocation of the sum of Two <br /> <br />Hundred Fifty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($250,000.00; the "Funds") to the <br /> <br />Carrington Hall Auditorium Rescue Operation ("CHARO") for the renovation of <br />the Carrington Hall, at its July 1 0, 2000, Council meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council declared that the release of the Funds would be <br /> <br />subject to the receipt of matching funds by CHARO; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council declared that the grant of the Funds would also <br /> <br />be subject to the approval by this Council of certain guidelines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is now presented to this Council for review and <br /> <br />approval certain guidelines regarding the disbursement of funds to CHARO. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />That certain document entitled. "Carrington Hall- City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Grant Guidelines" (form dated 11/27/00) a copy of which document is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the disbursement of matching funds <br /> <br />to the Carrington Hall Auditorium Rescue Operation pursuant to said guidelines <br /> <br />is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />Sh/rwclcouncil <br />RESO-1043 <br />11/27100 <br />FXS/fs <br /> <br />'T'" -"T' <br />
