<br />'-A2. <br /> <br />CARRINGTON HALL <br /> <br />City of Redwood City Grant <br />Guidelines <br /> <br />1. The City of Redwood City will contribute one dollar for each dollar raised by Carrington <br />Hall Auditorium Rescue Operation (CHARD) Board of Directors up to $250,000. <br /> <br />2. The City of Redwood City will match contributes received from July 1,2000 to June 30, 2003. <br /> <br />3. The City of Redwood City or its designee (i.e. a community group) will be permitted to use <br />Carrington Hall up to twelve times a year at no cost to the City of Redwood City or the <br />community for the next ten years. <br /> <br />4. CHARO will submit invoices for payment, with proof of receipt of contributions, of at least <br />$75,000 at a time. <br /> <br />5. Given that the City Contribution is to be a part of a broader community fundraising effort and as <br />such, City funding will be given in the form of matching funds. <br /> <br />6. For purposes of this program, for funds to be considered for "matching funds", the monies <br />must be: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Received by Carrington Hall Auditorium Rescue Operation (CHARO) Board of <br />Directors, i.e. in hand, not simply promised or applied for. <br />Received between the dates of July 1,2000 and June 30, 2003. <br />Made by individuals, such as the Sequoia alumni association or businesses <br />Made in the form of "cash. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />7. For purposes of this grant, the following will not be considered as funds that would be <br />matched by the City: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"In-kind" contributions, including contributions from the Sequoia High School <br />District <br />Contributions from other governmental agencies <br /> <br />. <br />
