<br />6A-' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency has received and reviewed an agreement between the <br />Agency and the Association for the disbursement of funds for the Project. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br />THE CITY OF R~DWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />" ..~ <br /> <br />That certain agreement, entitled" Agreement Between the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency and the San Mateo County Historical Association for <br />Assistance in Restoration of the Historic County Courthouse," (form dated <br />December 4, 2000), a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br />Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary of this Agency are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />II- II- II- <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />. .~-'-". --"-T <br />
