�s � � �� <br /> AGREEMENT . . <br /> PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES - <br /> SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE <br /> SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION (SCADA) SYSTEM <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and THE EDCCO <br /> GROUP of San Carlos, California ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City requires system maintenance and technical support <br /> services for the supervisory control and data acquisition ("SCADA") system (the <br /> `Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> engineering services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES.
