9-� <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. This Council finds that the anticipated cost to the City for thermal or <br /> electrical energy or conservation services provided by Noresco, LLC under the <br /> � energy services contract entitled, "Energy Services Agreement by and befinreen <br /> the City of Redwood City and Noresco, LLC" (the "AgreemenY') will be less than <br /> the anticipated marginal cost to the City of thermal, electrical, or other energy <br /> that would have been consumed by the City in the absence of the Agreement. <br /> � 2. This Council determines that the Agreement is in the best interest of <br /> the public agency. <br /> 3. That certain agreement entitled, "Energy Services Agreement by and <br /> befinreen the City of Redwood City and Noresco, LLC" (form dated 11/27/00), by <br /> and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California, and Noresco, LLC, for the installation and maintenance of the energy <br /> conservation measures copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on <br /> behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> -2- <br />
