���� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE DESIGN, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF <br /> ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES <br /> (NORESCO, LLC) <br /> WHEREAS, Sections 4217.11, et seq. of the Government Code provide <br /> that notwithstanding any other provision of law, a public agency may enter into <br /> an energy service contract on terms that its governing body determines are in <br /> the best interest of the public agency; and <br /> . WHEREAS, a Request For Proposal was prepared and provided to <br /> various State pre-qualified Energy Services Companies; and � <br /> WHEREAS, Noresco, LLC is qualified to design, install and maintain <br /> energy conservation measures, as a State pre-qualified Energy Services <br /> Company; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the evaluation of a committee composed of <br /> several departments of the City, Noresco, LLC was selected as the most <br /> responsive and responsible party to enter into an energy service contract with the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of sections 4217.11, et seq. of <br /> the.
