MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST - None <br /> 7:20 p.m. - BriejRecess <br /> 7.30 p.m. - Meeting Resumed <br /> Session on Proposed Retail Cinema <br /> Mayor Ruskin explained that the goal of the second public meeting was to address concerns and I <br /> listen to public comment on the issue of the proposed retail cinema project.
