6-•� � <br /> Capital Projects <br /> Projects may include: <br /> ■ Implementation of the retail/cinema development <br /> ■ A new parking structure <br /> ■ Continuation of the Storefront Improvement Program; and <br /> ■ Continuation of revitalization of the downtown, to possibly include but not be <br /> limited to assisting in the restoration of the original courthouse and surroundings. <br /> Conclusion <br /> The Redevelopment Agency has accomplished a great deal in the past five years, but <br /> more remains to be done. A Downtown Area Plan is in preparation that will likely result <br /> in new ways in which the Agency can facilitate in the revitalization of Downtown. This <br /> Agency has shown a continued strong commitment to the development of housing in <br /> general and affordable housing in particular.
