�.3 -6� SCOPE OF SERVICES Mai or Work Tasks: Task 1 Define Project; Reaiew Plans and Files with Cifiy Stafj; Meeting with � Project Architect/Engineer; Scoping Meeting (s) LCP Associates _ will review the project architect's and engineer's plans, review the files, specifically including the Traffic Study and the Soils Study, with the City Staff. We will meet with the project applicant on site to fully understand the proposed project and assess the adequacy of the above information. A Scoping Meeting with the City Staff will be held. From these meetings and information the final "Project" description will be prepared. (If the City desires, a Scoping Meeting with the adjacent neighborhood group may be held.) Task 2 Prepare the Initial Study LCP Associates, using the latest State CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) format and guidelines, will prepare the Initial Study. If the Initial Study finds, and the City Staff concurs, that a(Mitigated) Negative Declaration is the appropriate environmental document, the preparation of the document will proceed, based upon the Inital Study information. Task 3 Prepare the Administrative Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration LCP Associates will prepare the Administrative Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration. All likely impacts, as outlined in the above environmental issues, will be identified, and appropriate mitigation measure will be recommended. Task 4 Review of Adminisirative Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration The, City Staff will review the Administrative Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration with LCP Associates. Any and all suggested revisions will be discussed and agreed upon. Task 5 Prepare Mitigated Negative Declaration for Public Review LCP Associates will make any necessary revisions and prepare the Mitigated Negative Declaration in the proper CEQA format for public review and comment. 5 _ _ . _. _ _ ____ _. __....
