<br />DES:cb <br />DES:dft <br /> <br />q/l8/9l (03l/30) <br />'18/91R <br /> <br />aforesaid water shortage emergency so as to avoid inequitable <br /> <br />allocations of the Supply Assurance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 hereof, this <br /> <br />Council does hereby agree with the Suburban Purchasers that the <br /> <br />provisions of Section 7.02 (b) <br /> <br />of the Master Agreement dealing <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />allocation of <br /> <br />that portion of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Supply Assurance <br /> <br />designated as the Suburban Allocable Water shall be, and hereby <br /> <br />are, <br /> <br />suspended as to water used by Suburban Purchasers subject <br /> <br />thereto during the fiscal year 1991-1992 <br /> <br />(Le., July 1, 1991 - <br /> <br />June 30, <br /> <br />1992), and hereby agrees that water usage during said <br /> <br />fiscal year shall not be used for any purpose in determining <br /> <br />permanent water entitlements to the Suburban Allocable Water. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Except as provided in paragraph 1 hereof, this Council <br /> <br />does hereby agree that Section 7.02 (b) <br /> <br />of the Master Agreement <br /> <br />shall remain in full force and effect and shall operate without <br /> <br />modification as <br /> <br />to water used during all <br /> <br />fiscal years <br /> <br />except <br /> <br />those specified in the aforementioned Resolutions Nos. 10909 and <br /> <br />11452 <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />paragraph <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />hereof, <br /> <br />recommencing <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />fiscal <br /> <br />year <br /> <br />1992-1993. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective upon adoption of <br /> <br />resolutions of like tenor by each of the 25 other water <br />purchasers similarly affected by the provisions of Section <br />7.02(b) of the Master Agreement on or before December 31, 1991; <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />-""""- '--r--'~--' <br />
