<br />DES:cb <br /> <br />9'4/91 (O02/3l) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />9/16/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />11593 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND APPROVING FEES AND CHARGES <br />FOR DOCUMENTS AND SERVICES FURNISHED AND PROVIDED BY THE <br />REDWOOD CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT; RESCINDING CERTAIN FEES <br />AND CHARGES IMPOSED PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 11321 <br />RETROACTIVELY AS OF JULY 1, 1990; PROVIDING FOR REFUNDS <br />OF CERTAIN FEES AND CHARGES' AND RESCINDING ALL OTHER. <br />FEES AND CHARGES IMPOSED PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. <br />11321 UPON ADOPTION HEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 11321 a schedule of fees <br /> <br />and charges for providing certain documents and performing certain <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Redwood City Fire Department was <br /> <br />established, <br /> <br />effective July 1, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to rescind certain of said fees <br /> <br />and charges <br /> <br />retroactively as of July <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />1990, <br /> <br />to provide <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />refunding fees and charges paid corresponding to said fees and <br /> <br />charges rescinded, <br /> <br />and to enact and re-establish a new schedule <br /> <br />of fees and charges effective upon the date hereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The fees and charges for certain documents and services <br /> <br />provided <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />Department <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />established as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, said fees and charges <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />does <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />find <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />determine that said fees and charges do not exceed the reasonable <br /> <br />costs of providing the documents or services corresponding to each <br /> <br />such fee and charge established therefor. <br /> <br /> <br />. ----'------.-"'--r--""----Y-'.---- <br />
