<br />DES:cb <br /> <br />9/4/91 (002/3l) <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Those certain fees and charges set forth under paragraph <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />("Inspection Fees") <br /> <br />in Exhibit A attached to and incorporated <br /> <br />in Resolution No. <br /> <br />11321 <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Resolution Establishing <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Approving Fees For Documents and Services Furnished by the Fire <br /> <br />Department" adopted June 25, 1990, are hereby rescinded effective <br /> <br />retroactively as of July 1, 1990, as follows: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The inspection fee for a routine or periodic <br /> <br />("first") <br /> <br />inspection; and <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />miscellaneous <br /> <br />inspection <br /> <br />fee <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />routine <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />periodic ("first") inspection. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />Director <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Finance <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed to remit and refund inspection fees to all persons who <br /> <br />paid said fees pursuant to those provisions of the Schedule of <br /> <br />Fees <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Charges <br /> <br />established <br /> <br />pursuant <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />ll321 <br /> <br />rescinded hereinabove, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />said Director <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Finance <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to cancel any and all outstanding bills <br /> <br />for payment of such fees and charges. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Except <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />provided <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />contrary <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />Paragraph <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />hereinabove, <br /> <br />all other fees and charges <br /> <br />set forth in Exhibit A <br /> <br />attached to said Resolution No. <br /> <br />ll321 shall be, and they hereby <br /> <br />are, rescinded effective upon adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11593 <br /> <br /> <br />""'-"'-"'--r--"'-~-"-"""'-" .
