MEETINGS <br /> <br />Key members of the Kimley-Horn team will prepare for, and attend up to five meetings with City <br />staff, the Planning Commission and/or City Council, and EIR consultants during the course of <br />the plan development. These meetings will be associated with project milestones to be <br />determined with a schedule that is consistent with the EIR schedules. <br /> <br />OPTIONAL: ESTABLISH VISION, GOALS, AND OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />AS an optional task, the Kimley-Horn team will work with City staff to prepare guidelines for the <br />Planning Commission and City Council to establish a vision for the plan, and for alternatives <br />modes in Redwood City. This may occur during or after preparation of the plan.
