MEETINGS <br /> <br />Key members of the Kimley-Horn team will prepare for, and attend up to five meetings with City <br />staff, the Planning Commission and/or City Council, and EIR consultants during the course of <br />the plan development. These meetings will be associated with project milestones to be <br />determined with a schedule that is consistent with the EIR schedules. <br /> <br />OPTIONAL: ESTABLISH VISION, GOALS, AND OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />AS an optional task, the Kimley-Horn team will work with City staff to prepare guidelines for the <br />Planning Commission and City Council to establish a vision for the plan, and for alternatives <br />modes in Redwood City. This may occur during or after preparation of the plan. The team will <br />draft plan goals and objectives for eventual adoption by the City, and as a means of measuring <br />the success of the plan in the evaluation stage. <br /> <br />Deliverable: Guidelines for developing plan vision, and memorandum of draft goals and <br />objectives. <br /> <br />Redwood City Bay Front Transportation Options Study February 19, 2002 <br />Scope of Work Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
