I#-£: <br /> <br />After a thorough evaluation of the information submitted by Brian Deering of San Mateo <br />County Electrical Construction concerning this assessment and debarment, and after <br />reviewing the bid documents of the lowest bidder and conducting an extensive <br />background check, it was concluded that ALL AREA ELECTRIC & CONSTRUCTION <br />CO. is in compliance with the City's Bidding Requirements. Therefore, the project is <br />eligible for award to said contractor. <br /> <br />The City sent a response to Brian Deering's Bid Protest, informing him that the City will <br />diligently monitor the contractor's work activities to make sure that ALL AREA <br />ELECTRIC & CONSTRUCTION CO. complies with the prevailing wage rates <br />requirements, as set forth by the Department of Industrial Relations. <br /> <br />A complete copy of the agreement is available for review in the City Clerk's office. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Funds in the amount of $135,000 appropriated in the FY 2004-2005 Capital <br />Improvement Program budget for these services. <br /> <br />M.
