<br />DES:djg-c <br />S:djg-c <br />DBS:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br /> <br />11/23/82 <br />02/15¡'83R <br />07/29/83R <br />11/20/83R <br />12/08/83R <br /> <br />insureds in the same manner as their interests would have been <br /> <br />protected had the policy not contained the deductible or retention <br /> <br />provisions. <br /> <br />Lessee agrees to furnish to Lessor's Port Manager such <br /> <br />financial statements and other information as may reasonably be <br /> <br />required by him in order to evaluate a proposal of deductibles or <br /> <br />self-insured retention, and Lessor shall keep all such financial <br /> <br />statements or other information confidential. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Lessor's Non-Liability. <br /> <br />Neither Lessor, nor any or all <br /> <br />of the above-listed insureds shall be liable for the payment of any <br /> <br />premium or assessment on said policy or policies. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />Certificates. <br /> <br />Lessee shall deliver said policy or <br /> <br />policies of insurance, or certified or photostatic copies thereof, <br /> <br />or a certificate thereof, to Lessor's Port Manager for review as <br /> <br />to compliance with the terms hereof. <br /> <br />At least fifteen (15) days <br /> <br />prior to the expiration of any such policy, a certificate, showing <br /> <br />that such insurance coverage has been renewed or extended, shall be <br /> <br />filed with Lessor's Port Manager. <br /> <br />If such coverage is cancelled or <br /> <br />reduced, Lessee shall, within ten (10) days after receipt of <br /> <br />written notice of such cancellation or reduction of coverage, file <br /> <br />with Lessor's Port Manager a certificate showing that the required <br /> <br />insurance has been reinstated or provided through another insurance <br /> <br />company or companies, and said policy shall be submitted for <br /> <br />approval as herein provided. <br /> <br />Lessee agrees to suspend and cease <br /> <br />all operations hereunder on the Leased Premises during such period <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />","-"".--"'-Y-"". <br />
