Expected gallons of gas pumped per fueling position. Other characteristics of the project that may generate revenues for the City. Number of full-time, part-time, and full-time equivalent jobs in the existing store and the expanded store. Wage and benefit schedule for different classes of jobs; number of jobs in each class. . . . . . . . We would need the City to provide the following information: . Sales tax data for retail outlets in the City and in specified geographic areas (to be defined) and by type of outlet for at least one year (preferably by quarter). Estimate of retail building space, if available; detail by type of outlet and by geographic area (consistent with areas for sales tax data), if available. (If possible): Typical wages and benefits for workers in existing retail stores. Most recently approved City budget. Assessor's parcel numbers for all parcels involved in the project. Information about current year (or most recent available year) revenues from the existing Costco store.
