<br />Agreement, the Parties shall each pay their respective attorneys fees, expert witness <br />costs and cost of suit, regardless of the outcome the litigation. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />COMPLIANCE WITH ETHICAL STANDARDS. <br /> <br />As a condition precedent to entering into this Agreement, Consultant shall: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Read Exhibit D entitled "Ethical Standards"; and <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Execute Exhibit E entitled "Affidavit Of Compliance With Ethical Standards." <br /> <br />The Parties acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement as evidenced by the <br />following signatures of their duly authorized representatives.
