STUDY DOCUMENTATION <br /> <br />Report: PTG will prepare a professional report summarizing the analysis assump1:ions, <br />findings and recommended improvements. The report will be submitted to City st~lff for <br />review and comment. Following staff review, a revised report will be submitted to thl:' City <br />for circulation to policy makers and the public. PTG will respond to comments from polk:y <br />makers (City Council and Planning Commission), the public and the staff. <br /> <br />5. MEETINGS <br /> <br />PTG has included attendance at up to two (2) meetings with City Staff in conjunctior with <br />this study. <br /> <br />6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Any work not specifically referenced in the above scope of work - for example analyzing <br />modified site plans or project descriptions, conducting additional intersection ccun1s, <br />analyzing additional intersections, drawing conceptual plans for mitigation measures, or <br />appearing at additional meetings - shall be considered additional services. <br /> <br />RELEVANT EXERIENCE: <br /> <br />PTG will assign three key staff members to this project, Mr. Fred Kelley, Mr. Robert Eckoh; and <br />Mr. Rabindra Puttagunta. These three professionals will bring unique qualifications tel this <br />project. <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley has both private and public sector experience in the preparation and review cf site <br />traffic analysis. As the former Senior Transportation Planner for the City of Hayward, Mr. I<el ¡~y <br />was responsible for review of all development projects relative to potential transpor":ation <br />impacts. Mr. Kelley also was Project Manager of the traffic study for the high rise :JffiGe <br />development project now under construction in downtown San Jose. <br /> <br />Mr. Puttagunta has vast experience in traffic operations and site traffic analysis preparation. Mr. <br />Puttagunta most recently completed a major traffic analysis for the proposed relocation of Cty <br />Hall in downtown San Jose, which also includes an accompanying parking structure. <br /> <br />Mr. Eckols brings vast experience in the areas of site planning, circulation studies, pí:lrkil1g <br />demand and parking access. He has completed numerous parking demand and circulation <br />studies in the Bay Area. <br /> <br />TIME OF PERFORMANCE: <br /> <br />Barring any unforeseen delays, a draft report will be submitted three to four weeks after <br />receiving notice to proceed. The final report will be delivered one week after receipt of all rl~viE!W <br />comments.
