Per out attê¡ched <br />standard rate schedule. Based on similar studies we estimated that the cost for staff time and <br />expenses for Part 1 will not exceed $13,500 (this includes $3,000 allocated for data collEtction <br />efforts). The cost for Part 2 is estimated not to exceed $2,000. For Part 3, the costs are <br />estimated not to exceed $2,000. The total cost for Parts 1 through 3, an outlined in our ~icope <br />of services will not exceed $17,500.
