COMMITTEE <br /> <br />The RC 2020 Operations Committee is hereby established and shall be composed <br />of senior staff from each of the funding partners of RC 2020 - City of Redwood City, San <br />Mateo County, Redwood City School District and Sequoia Union High School <br />District. <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY 2020 COORDINATING COUNCIL <br /> <br />The RC 2020 Coordinating Council is hereby established and shall be composed of one <br />representative from each of the funding partner's governing Boards (and one alternate <br />member from each of these boards). <br /> <br />STRUCTURE AND STRATEGIES OF REDWOOD CITY 2020 <br /> <br />The Operations Committee and the Coordinating Council shall follow the structure and <br />strategies described in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY 2020 STAFF <br /> <br />It is understood that RC 2020 will require the services of an Executive Director and <br />related support staff. Staff will provide services for the RC 2020 program. The City of <br />Redwood City will serve as fiscal agent for the employees and related expenses. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The Operations Committee will designate the City to contract for the Executive <br />Director, Administrative Secretary and necessary staff on behalf of the <br />Committee. <br /> <br />PARTIES PROVISION OF FUNDING. FACILITIES. AND SERVICES <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Each ofthe Parties shall contribute the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars <br />($25,000) within sixty (60) days of the execution of The Agreement to support the <br />work of the RC 2020 program. The parties acknowledge that they have deposited <br />said amount for the fiscal year July 1,2002 - June 30, 2003. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />City is authorized to receive money on behalf of RC 2020 and deposit same <br />into a special deposit account in the City's General Fund. The money received on <br />behalf of RC 2020 shall be disbursed as requested by the RC 2020 Executive <br />Director in writing, subject to City administrative procedures. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />At no time shall City be under any obligation to disburse money to RC 2020 in <br />excess of the amount on deposit. The Committee acknowledges that money <br />received by City will not be available for disbursement for three (3) business days <br />after the funds have been deposited by City, or for a longer period, as deemed <br />appropriate by City's Finance Director. <br /> <br />--_.....'_.'.-r"~' <br />
