<br />DES:djk 0 <br /> <br />24/91 <br /> <br />(028/44) <br /> <br />said City, and in consideration of the approval of the final map <br />(including the dedication of streets and easements contained <br />therein) for the subdivision, and in accordance with the <br /> <br />conditions of approval of the tentative map for the subdivision, <br /> <br />the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall, <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />Owner's <br /> <br />own <br /> <br />cost <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />expense, <br /> <br />construct <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />("Improvements") , <br /> <br />furnish <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />materials, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />work <br /> <br />hereinafter <br /> <br />described, in accordance with, and as provided for in the plans <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Brian <br /> <br />Kangas <br /> <br />Foulk, <br /> <br />Civil <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />to <br />... <br />Q <br />to <br />to <br />~ <br />(C <br />N <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Improvement <br /> <br />Plans <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Laguna <br /> <br />Pointe <br /> <br />Subdivision", <br /> <br />those certain specifications entitled, "Technical Specifications <br /> <br />for Laguna Pointe Subdivision", and City's Standard Details for <br /> <br />Redwood Shores on file in the office of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Said <br /> <br />Improvements shall also be constructed in strict compliance with <br /> <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />the subdivision regulations of said City. <br /> <br />To the extent <br /> <br />that a conflict exists between the plans and specifications and <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />Chapter <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />regard <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />standard <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />particular <br /> <br />improvement, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />stricter <br /> <br />standard <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />govern. <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />complete all of the Improvements on or before February 28, 1992. <br /> <br />The Improvements shall include, but are not necessarily limited <br /> <br />to, all of the following: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />grading, paving <br /> <br />(b) <br />(c) <br /> <br />curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways <br /> <br />sanitary sewer system, complete <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />water system, complete <br /> <br />2 <br />
