<br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br />(g) <br /> <br />(h) <br />(i) <br /> <br />(j) <br />(k) <br /> <br />DES:djk 0 <br /> <br />24/91 <br /> <br />(028/44) <br /> <br />storm drainage system, complete <br /> <br />street lighting system, complete <br /> <br />street monuments, street trees <br /> <br />landscaping and irrigation system, complete <br /> <br />water feature and circulation system, complete <br /> <br />joint utility trenching <br /> <br />all improvements described as conditions of <br />Planned Development Permit No. 10304-0, heretofore <br />issued for said subdivision, <br /> <br />and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or <br /> <br />mentioned <br /> <br />conditions <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />specifications, <br /> <br />to <br />... <br />Q <br />to <br />to <br />~ <br />to <br />N <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />of permits <br /> <br />construction, <br /> <br />appurtenances <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />and all <br /> <br />reasonably <br /> <br />determined <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />necessary <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Engineer to complete the aforementioned improvements, both within <br /> <br />and outside of the abovementioned subdivision. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />SECURITY. <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall, <br /> <br />before <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />release <br /> <br />final map by City for recordation, furnish to City and file with <br /> <br />deposi t or instrument of credit of the <br /> <br />the City Clerk a bond, <br /> <br />kind described in Sections 66499 et seq. of the Government Code, <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />securing the faithful performance by OWner of all work and the <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />mentioned <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Improvements <br /> <br />within the time herein specified. <br /> <br />The amount of said security <br /> <br />shall be Seven Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand and No/100 <br /> <br />Dollars <br /> <br />($7,540,000.00) . <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />likewise, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />before <br /> <br />release of said map, furnish and file with the City Clerk a bond, <br />deposit or instrument of credit of the kind described in Sections <br /> <br />66499 et <br /> <br />seq. <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />of the Government Code <br /> <br />securing the payment by <br /> <br />bills <br /> <br />materials <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />labor <br /> <br />incurred <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />3 <br />
