Fiscal Year 2004/2005 Appropriation Revisions <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that they City Council introduce an ordinance by the <br />affirmative vote of five- sevenths (517 " of all Council Members <br />appropriating and transferring certain funds for specified purposes in order <br />to conform the budgeted amounts to actual expenditures approved for <br />transactions, which have occurred during fiscal year 2004/2005. <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SPECIFIED AMOUNTS FROM DESIGNATED <br />UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCES TO SPECIFIED APPROPRIATIONS, <br />CANCELING CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS, AND TRANSFERRING <br />SPECIFIED AMOUNTS FROM DESIGNATED APPROPRIATIONS TO OTHER <br />SPECIFIED APPROPRIATIONS (501) MINUTE ORDER 05 -115 <br />5.3 Section — Resolutions (continued) <br />A. Amendment No. 2 Extending Agreement for Parking Citation Processing and <br />Adjudication (Turbo Data Systems, Inc.) for a Period of One Year <br />Council Member Pierce stated that this topic had been reviewed and discussed <br />with the City Managers in the area around the fact that most cities in the area <br />use the same company to perform this service. She asked for more information <br />about the statement in the report that mentioned an RFP process. <br />City Manager Everett stated that preparation would start well in advance of the <br />RFP occurring one year from now in order to allow for the competitive process <br />for the 2006 /07 fiscal year. <br />Recommendation: <br />M/S Pierce /Foust to adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the City <br />Manager to sign an amendment to the agreement with Turbo Data Systems, Inc. <br />for processing parking citations and administrative adjudication of appeals for a <br />period of one year.
