<br />FXS:cwb <br /> <br />7/1/91 <br /> <br />(001/30) <br /> <br />portion of Oracle Parkway, which dedication shall be accomplished <br /> <br />by the recordation of a map (Parcel Map No. 90-1) and acceptance <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />finds <br /> <br />that portion of <br /> <br />Shoreway <br /> <br />Road <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />replaced and superseded by relocation and is no longer needed, <br /> <br />and hereby orders said right of way vacated and said portion of <br /> <br />Shoreway Road deeded to Developer. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This <br /> <br />property <br /> <br />thus <br /> <br />vacated <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />deeded <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Developer is described in Exhibits II All and IIBII, attached hereto <br /> <br />and incorporated by this reference. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The property dedicated by Developer to City is described <br /> <br />and shown on Parcel Map 90-1, which Parcel Map shall be recorded <br /> <br />concurrently herewith. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />From the date this resolution is recorded, the right of <br /> <br />way on <br /> <br />Shoreway Road is vacated and no <br /> <br />longer needed and no <br /> <br />longer constitutes a right of way. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a certified <br /> <br />copy of such resolution and order attested by the Clerk under the <br />seal of the City to be recorded without acknowledgment in the <br /> <br />office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />Recorder's <br /> <br />Office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />County of <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Mateo, California. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11573 <br /> <br />>--T» <br />
