<br />EXHIBIT "A": Fleishman Park, Redwood City I Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />Submit conceptual plan and written description to City staff for review and comment. <br />Meet for discussion following review. Make revisions to plan and estimate as <br />requested by City. <br /> <br />3. TASK THREE - CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The following documents will be prepared <br />based upon the approved conceptual landscape plan and estimate. <br /> <br />Products: <br />a. Existing Site Features I Removal Plan; 1 sheet at 10 scale. <br /> <br />b. Landscape Layout Plan; 1 sheet at 10 scale - addressing all required elements, <br />including restroom replacement (with reference to SuperSecure plans/details/specs). <br /> <br />c. Landscape Planting Plan; 1 sheet at 10 scale. <br />d. Landscape Irrigation Plan; 1 sheet at 10 scale - same limits as for Planting Plan. <br /> <br />e. Landscape Construction Details sheets for hardscape, planting and irrigation. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Landscape Construction Specifications (City Standard). <br /> <br />g. Final Landscape Cost Estimate. <br /> <br />h. Submittal of contract documents will be made to the City at 95% and 100% <br />completion, based upon a schedule yet to be determined. Any revisions required will <br />be made after each review. At that point a Final submittal will be made. Any <br />revisions after that will be made as an optional service as provided below. <br /> <br />i. <br /> <br />Review Contractor's material submittals for compliance with contract documents. <br /> <br />j. Observe construction and prepare written reports with recommendations (4 total). <br />B. OPTIONAL SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />The following are tasks that the City may determine to be needed and that can be added to <br />the base scope of work on a supplemental fee basis: <br /> <br />1. Attendance at additional meetings requested by the City, beyond those included herein. <br /> <br />2. Revisions after the Final submittal. <br /> <br />3. Grading and drainage design. It was stated that the existing grading and drainage is <br />acceptable as is and has not been included as a base scope of work task. <br /> <br />4. Contractor selection and bid assistance. <br /> <br />5. Additional construction observation requested by the City, beyond that included herein. <br /> <br />C. ITEMS PROVIDED BY OTHERS <br /> <br />1. AutoCAD electronic files of base plan for use in preparation of landscape contract <br />documents, showing all existing site features, plus easements, utilities and lighting. <br /> <br />2. Restroom replacement plans, details and specifications. <br /> <br />-r-- <br />
