AGREEMENT OR/G/NAl FOR CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR BLOMQUIST STREET/EAST BAYSHORE ROAD REALIGNMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this t.'- ~y of f\-kWTYb~ ,2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and PACIFIC SHORES DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and the owner of record of said real property located at the end of Seaport Boulevard, Redwood City, California ("Owner"); WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Owner proposes to construct street improvements on Blomquist Street and East Bayshore Road (the "Property") situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California; and WHEREAS, Owner has requested that construction of certain improvements (as defined below), title to which is proposed to be conveyed to City for public purposes, be constructed at the Property, which improvements are to be constructed in accordance with, and as required by, the plans, specifications, and details hereinafter described; NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ensure satisfactory performance by Owner of Owner's obligations under Article VII, Chapter 29, General Street Improvements, of the Code of the City of Redwood City, and in consideration of the approval of the improvements for the Property, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. Improvements. Owner shall, at Owner's own cost and expense, construct all of the improvements ("Improvements"), furnish all the materials, and do all the work hereinafter described in accordance with, and as provided for in, the plans prepared for Owner by Bohley Consulting Civil Engineers, entitled, "Improvement Plans for Blomquist Agmt-415 F :/SharedlR edwood/Council FXS:djk 10/24/00 1 ----....-.... ~_.__..-
