StreeVEast Bayshore Road Realignment," and in accordance with the City's revised specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards of the City of Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction. Said Improvements shall also be constructed in strict compliance with the provisions of Article VII, Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. To the extent that if a conflict exists between the plans and specifications and said Chapter 29 in regard to the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter standard shall govern. Owner shall complete all of the Improvements, subject to such exceptions and time extensions allowable under paragraph 10, on or before November 13, 2001. The Improvements shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, all of the following: (a) (b) (c) grading, paving curbs, gutters, sidewalks landscaping and irrigation system, complete (d) (e) (f) (9) relocation of existing utilities, complete storm drainage collection system, complete traffic signal system, complete lighting system, complete and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or mentioned in the above-mentioned plans and specifications, conditions of permits and all construction, appurtenances, and improvements necessary as reasonably determined by the Manager, Engineering and Construction to complete the aforementioned improvements. 2. Security.
