<br />Jt'.:S:djk 04J02/91 <br /> <br />(033/44) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, City and Architect agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 4.1. 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"4.1.2 <br /> <br />For Phase 5 - <br /> <br />Construction Documents, the <br /> <br />ARCHITECT's compensation for services and expenses shall be <br /> <br />the lump sum of Three Hundred Forty-five Thousand Four <br /> <br />Hundred and Seventy-three Dollars ($345,473.00). <br /> <br />For services in 3.3 Phase 5 - Construction Documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />following <br /> <br />expenses: <br /> <br />t.ransportation <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />living <br /> <br />expenses for eight. (8) individual trips to Redwood City from <br /> <br />Architect's office. <br /> <br />Long Distance Communications. <br /> <br />Expense <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />reproduction, <br /> <br />postage <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />handling <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />single <br /> <br />copies of drawings and other material for review by City.1I <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Except as amended hereby, all other provisions of the <br /> <br />Agreement, as heretofore amended, shall remain in full force and <br /> <br />effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, <br /> <br />the parties hereto have executed this <br /> <br />agreement on the date and year first hereinabove written. <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of <br />California <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />James M.
