This permit is subject to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Parade and Festival. The parade and festival shall be sponsored and <br />conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Location. The parade herein permitted shall be conducted, and the <br />route reserved therefor, in the areas shown on "Map A". The festival <br />herein permitted shall be conducted, and the streets reserved therefor, <br />on Broadway between Main and Winslow Streets, and Hamilton and <br />Middlefield Streets between Theater/Middlefield and Marshall Street. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Dates and Time. The parade and festival shall be conducted on <br />Thursday July 4, 1991. The parade and staging area shall be reserved <br />from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; the parade route shall be reserved from 9:00 <br />AM until 2:00 PM.
