THE BUDGET FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 -64 FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2005 —JUNE 30, 2006; MAKING PROVISION FOR <br />INTERIM EXPENDITURES AS FO JULY 1, 2005; AND REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2267, AND ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH <br />The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present with <br />Council Member Howard absent. (501) MINUTE ORDER 05 -142 <br />Mayor Ira stated that the Council has been prudent in balancing revenues and <br />expenditures and that in January, the budget review should include a report on <br />the State budget <br />C. Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District - District <br />Confirmation and Levying of Assessments - Engineering File No. 807 -05 <br />Supervising Civil Engineer Lynch stated that the tally of the votes was done at <br />4:45 p.m. resulting in a 70.1 % vote in favor of the assessment. <br />Mayor Ira opened the public hearing. <br />Public Comment: <br />Janet Borgens asked if the affected property owners had been notified. <br />M/S Foust/Pierce to close the public hearing. The motion passed by a <br />unanimous voice vote by those present with Council, Member Howard <br />absent. <br />Recommendation: <br />M/S Foust/Pierce to adopt a resolution confirming the City Manager's and <br />Engineer's Reports and ordering the levying of assessments, in accordance with <br />the City Manager's and Engineer's Reports.
