(501) MINUTE ORDER 05 -142 Mayor Ira stated that the Council has been prudent in balancing revenues and expenditures and that in January, the budget review should include a report on the State budget C. Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District - District Confirmation and Levying of Assessments - Engineering File No. 807 -05 Supervising Civil Engineer Lynch stated that the tally of the votes was done at 4:45 p.m. resulting in a 70.1 % vote in favor of the assessment. Mayor Ira opened the public hearing. Public Comment: Janet Borgens asked if the affected property owners had been notified. M/S Foust/Pierce to close the public hearing.
