B. Appointments to City Council- appointed Boards, Committees, and <br />Commissions <br />1. Housing and Human Concerns Committee (One unexpired term ending May <br />31, 2006). Applicants are listed in alphabetical order: <br />City Clerk Howe conducted a roll call vote with each Council Member <br />selecting one applicant as follows: <br />• Paul Adrian— Vice Mayor Pierce <br />• Robert Dickinson — Council Members Hartnett, Aguirre, Bain, Foust and <br />Mayor Ira <br />• Cecilia Ellis <br />• Morton Frank <br />• Barbara Hunt <br />• M. Lorena Melghem <br />• Ellen Mosher <br />City Clerk Howe conducted a roll call vote with each Council Member selecting <br />one applicant. The successful applicant was Robert Dickinson, selected to <br />serve the unexpired term until May 31, 2006. (209) MINUTE ORDER 05 -143 <br />C. Council Member Foust — announced that the Council Utilities Committee was <br />notified that between now and July 15 there would be a vibratory hammering <br />used to build coffer dams for the recycled water project on the SBSA site. The <br />second phase is set to occur between August 1 -15 and will be publicized in the <br />Redwood Shores area and particularly, those affected in the Pescadero <br />Apartments and Gossamer Hollow. <br />10.
