14. Acoustical Analysis — A detailed acoustical analysis of the project should be completed by a qualified acoustical consultant to define the mitigation required such that the exterior and interior noise level requirements are satisfied. This and all other mitigations as described in the report "Preliminary Assessment of Environmental Noise" prepared by Veneklasen Associates, Inc. dated October 28, 2016, shall be submitted as part of the building permit application. This permit will be recorded against the property. 20.
