Construction General Permit — For construction activity resulting in a land disturbance of one acre or more, applicant shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the State Water Resources Control Board under the Construction Activities Storm Water General Permit (General Permit). The NOI indicates the applicant's intent to comply with the San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program, including a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Stormwater BMPs - Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices (BMPs) for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are available electronically for inserting into project plans. ][ENGINEERING] Street Infrastructure Improvements 34. Streetlights - A new streetlight shall be installed, if needed, as determined by the City Engineer. The style and location of all streetlights shall be as determined by the City Landscape Architect. SDR [ENGINEERING] 35. Repair or Replace Street Infrastructure - Restore streets surrounding the project site to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at project completion. When this requires additional pavement restoration, the Engineer shall approve the preferred layout of pavement markings. [SDR][ENGINEERING] 36. Reconstruction of Frontage Streets - The City has identified the need for street reconstruction along Hopkins Avenue fronting the project site, and extending to the end of Hopkins Avenue, across the Peninsula Joint Powers Board frontages. Street reconstruction shall also be included at the intersection of EI Camino Real and Hopkins Ave as needed to accommodate grading changes. Sf DRI[ENGINEERING] 37. Green Infrastructure — As part of the Hopkins Avenue street reconstruction, the project shall include a bioretention area to treat stormwater runoff from the public street, as shown on the approved Tentative Map. [COA] [ENGINEERING] 38. EI Camino / Hopkins Ave Intersection Improvements — The project shall include sidewalk bulb -outs at all four corners of the EI Camino Real / Hopkins Avenue intersection, of a size and shape acceptable to the City Engineer, and connected by approved crosswalk striping.
