<br />T"\7IT.-~l (",¡/1O/"l <br />LI~.LJ . llL'::i -'- U ~ J -'- U ¡ J J.. <br /> <br />1,,1) ,1 1,1 -, <br />\UV",¡ "'oJ I <br /> <br />increase <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />danger <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />fire <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />detract <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aesthetic <br /> <br />appearance of the neighborhood, as shall be consistent with the <br /> <br />residential use and facilities Lessee proposes to construct and <br /> <br />maintain <br /> <br />on the Leased Premises <br /> <br />so <br /> <br />far as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />same <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />reasonably practicable. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />ADVERTISING. <br /> <br />Lessee shall not place or permit to be <br /> <br />placed any sign or advertising on the front of the said premises <br /> <br />wi thout the written consent of Lessor; <br /> <br />lessee, upon request of <br /> <br />Lessor, <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />immediately <br /> <br />remove any <br /> <br />sign or decoration which <br /> <br />Lessee has placed or permitted to be placed in, on or about the <br /> <br />front of the premises and which, <br /> <br />in the opinion of Lessor, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />objectionable or offensive, and if Lessee fails so to do, Lessor <br /> <br />may enter upon said premises and remove the same. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />UTILITIES; TAXES. <br /> <br />Lessee shall pay for all water, gas, <br /> <br />heat, <br /> <br />electricity, <br /> <br />fuel, <br /> <br />power, <br /> <br />telephone <br /> <br />service <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />utilities <br /> <br />which may be <br /> <br />advanced to <br /> <br />or used <br /> <br />l.n <br /> <br />or about <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />Leased Premises during the term of this lease. <br /> <br />Lessee agrees to pay all lawful real and personal property <br /> <br />taxes and assessments levied by the State, County, City or other <br /> <br />tax <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />assessment <br /> <br />levying bodies, <br /> <br />upon any <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />real <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />personal property or property interest it has or may have in the <br /> <br />premises described herein and in the goods, wares, merchandise, <br /> <br />equipment, and materials stored or kept therein. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the <br /> <br />provisions <br /> <br />of Revenue <br /> <br />and Taxation Code <br /> <br />section <br /> <br />107.6, <br /> <br />Lessee <br /> <br />hereby acknowledges, recognizes and understands that this lease <br /> <br />may create a possessory interest subject to property taxation, <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />",." <br /> <br />TT <br />
