<br />DAL:mgl 02/18/91 <br /> <br />(004/45) <br /> <br />Lessor's default under said Lease or otherwise seeks to <br />determine the rights and duties of Lessor and Lessee <br />under this Lease. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />VALIDITY OF LEASE. <br /> <br />The parties hereto agree that all <br /> <br />procedures and other provisions of law necessary to effectuate <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />have <br /> <br />been <br /> <br />faithfully <br /> <br />complied <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement is a valid and binding lease. <br /> <br />Lessee further waives <br /> <br />any claim it may have <br /> <br />against <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Ci ty 0 f Redwood City, <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />Council, agents, or employees pursuant to rules or regulations of <br /> <br />any public or governmental authority now or at time during said <br /> <br />term or terms in force relating to sanitation and public health, <br /> <br />environmental protection, safety or welfare. <br /> <br />Lessee further agrees that it will not use or permit the <br /> <br />Leased Premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or for any <br /> <br />purpose or activity which is in violation of any law, ordinance, <br /> <br />resolution, rule or regulation, established by the Government of <br /> <br />the United States, <br /> <br />the State of California, <br /> <br />regional boards or <br /> <br />authorities, <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />Lessee will at its own expense promptly observe and comply <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />laws, <br /> <br />orders, <br /> <br />regulations, <br /> <br />rules, <br /> <br />ordinances, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />requirements <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Federal, <br /> <br />State, <br /> <br />regional, <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />governments or authorities, including the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />or any of their departments, bureaus or officers. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />LESSOR'S RIGHT OF ENTRY. <br /> <br />Lessor reserves the right to <br /> <br />enter <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Leased <br /> <br />Premises <br /> <br />at . any <br /> <br />reasonable <br /> <br />time, <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />giving reasonable prior notice to the occupants thereof, for any <br /> <br />purposes allowed pursuant to Section 1954 of the Civil Code, and <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />T-r- <br />
