<br />She suggested that the City Council consider charities relative to the Council <br />priorities that might be involved in an opening night gala for the Redwood City <br />theatre opening. Council discussion ensued with Mayor Ira stating that he would <br />discuss with the developer the idea of the theatre and retailers being involved in <br />a fundraising event with participating organizations. <br /> <br />F. Council Member Aguirre - stated that she attended the 25th Anniversary of EI <br />Concilio of San Mateo County on July 22. She stated that the keynote speaker <br />was former Supreme Court Associate Justice Cruz Reynoso. The event was very <br />well attended and she brought a program back for viewing. <br /> <br />9.
