Success in obtaining appropriate <br />documentation will be measured by the positive response of the <br />US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). Increased <br />family stability will be measured by client surveys, indicating <br />improved access to housing, education, employment and civic <br />engagement opportunities. Specifically, in the first quarter of <br />FY 05-06, each client that is scheduled for an adjustment <br />interview with USCIS will be surveyed to determine if slhe has <br />obtained a new job or improved existing job (benefits, contract <br />security, schedule) since securino work authorization. <br />Measured by number of people participating in our information <br />sessions and consultations, per client sign-in records. <br /> <br />Measured by number of people participating in information <br />sessions and consultations, and client surveys. <br /> <br />Conduct at least 15 workshops on issues of importance to the <br />Redwood City community, such as changes in immigration law, <br />civic participation, citizen rights and responsibilities. <br />Participants will include service providers, educators and <br />community leaders who seek to better understand their clients' <br />immigration status, procedures and circumstances. <br /> <br /># of Unduplicated RWC Residents/Households to be Assisted (Only programs serving <br />individuals may report individuals.
