EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The scope of work presented represents a comprehensive Police Chief recruitment that <br />includes the following services: <br />• Create ideal candidate profile in consultation with the City <br />• Design and execute advertising campaign <br />• Produce and distribute recruitment brochure (traditional & electronic mall) <br />• Conduct extensive personal outreach <br />• Conduct screening interviews <br />• Develop and deliver written report to City (highlighting the results of the <br />recruitment and subsequent screening interviews) <br />• Design and facilitate candidate interviews with the City <br />• Conduct background and reference checks (top candidate) <br />• Assist City with final selection deliberations <br />• Assist with negotiations and transition details <br />• Provide up to two (2) onsite visits for the purpose of meeting with City and <br />facilitating panel interviews and selection deliberation. <br />LEAD CONSULTANT/PRIMARY CONTACT <br />Teri Black will serve as the lead consultant and primary contact for this recruitment. <br />Bradley Wardle (Senior Recruiter) and Consultant's support staff will also be engaged in <br />the successful completion of this recruitment. <br />RECRUITMENT SCHEDULE <br />The following is an estimated schedule, to be finalized by the City Manager upon <br />commencement of work. <br />Page 9 of 11 <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.242/TERI BLACK & COMPANY <br />REV: 11-01-17 MI <br />
