ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to adopt this ordinance, or propose additional revisions. If <br />revisions are required, the ordinance would need to be heard at a future Council <br />meeting, and may necessitate re-starting the ordinance adoption process. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Existing City funds will be used for noticing and outreach efforts.
